Shipping Policy

We always send certified which means you will have a tracking number(pleas note we do not always send it to you).If you are not at home you will receive a warning you that you have received post.
If you do not pick it up within 10 days the package returns and we are not responsible for sending it again.

We pack and send your parcel between 2-5 working days from the day the payment comes through.

I ship to your Etsy address so if you would like it shipped to anywhere else please inform me before placing your order or add a note at the checkout.

Please note that I am not responsible for customs fees. It is up to the buyer to pay these and know about their country's policies/regulations.

We have never had any problems with Losses but if there are any looses we are not responsible for them, we will provide you with a shipping number if asked for and you will be able to track it on www. correos.es.

Shipping to Spain should take 2-4 days.
Shipping to European union should take 1-2 weeks.
Everywhere else more or less 2-3 weeks.

Please be patient with the shipping, sometimes parcels can take a bit longer especially at christmas time. And if your country's customs choose to hold on a parcel for few days (usually not more than a couple of days) the postal service can't do anything about that.
