Realistic delivery times are 1-3 working days in the UK and 5-14 working days internationally. During busy times of year it can take up to 12 working days for UK mail and 6 weeks internationally.

Tracked upgrades are available - I use Tracked 24 in the UK and Tracked Airmail internationally. A signature is not required - Etsy may require you to pick a signed for service at checkout but those are not the services I will actually use.

Almost all my products are packaged without plastic and can be reused or recycled. Each product listing includes information on the packaging.

Orders can be gift wrapped simply if you are buying a gift. Just ask at checkout. As this service is free, it is not always possible at busy times. I can also include a personal message if being shipped directly, though this will be typed and printed.
