Question: I can't find what I'm looking for... Does Gemsicles have more jewelry designs which are not listed on the store?

Answer: Yes! Every day we work in our studio and create new jewelry designs for Gemsicles, which are in the process of being photographed and uploaded. So if you do not see what you are looking for, please message us through Etsy! We probably have it or something very similar. :)

Question: Do you ship to Canada?

Answer: CANADIAN BUYERS’ packages will be mailed to Canada as usual, but please note there may be a delay in receiving Canadian packages due to strikes and labor disputes with Canada Post. NOTE: Due to COVID, we have suspended all international shipments.

Does Gemsicles accept returns or exchanges?

All items are shipped in new and perfect condition. In today's post-pandemic world, and since we sell jewelry and hair accessories, for the safety of all of our customers, WE NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
