10/10 RECOMMEND! I ordered a magnet mistakenly. I thought I ordered the card. When my package came in, it was unsealed and the magnet had fallen out. I messaged the shop and let her know what happened. I also let her know that I meant to order the card and would pay any difference if she could just mail the card, instead of the replacement magnet. She was so kind to not only replace the magnet, but also sent the card I meant to order at no extra charge to me. It made it just in time for my friend’s birthday. Thank you so much for the great customer service!
