I don't accept returns or exchanges. As many items are purchased by brides for their weddings, I want to assure brides that I don't send items that someone else has worn. I will gladly offer a replacement or instructions for an easy repair if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact me with photos as soon as receiving your damaged item. I send most of my jewelry in a box with ribbon but french hook earrings are usually sent in organza bags on jewelry cards. If you purchase earrings with french hooks but would prefer a box, please leave a note in the comment box when you check out. If you require separate boxes for each item, please ask. To cut down on packaging and waste, may send more than one item per box. Please help on packaging going to the landfill. The exception is multiples for a bridal party which do come in separate boxes.

After each wear, gently wipe make-up and skin oils off with a polishing cloth. Don't wear jewelry in hot tubs, pools or the ocean. Keep perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, lotions and other chemicals off your jewelry. Every few wears, rinse piece with luke warm water and gently dry with polishing cloth. Store your clean, dry jewelry in a zip lock bag or air-tight container to prevent tarnishing. Take your jewelry off before bed.😊

International orders are sent with tracking. I cannot control how long it will take to deliver your package, so please be patient and allow plenty of time for it to arrive in your country. I am not responsible for a package after the postal system says “delivered.” It is the buyer’s responsibility to have a secure mailbox and to track down the missing package or file a local police report if they feel that it was stolen. These celebrity inspired handmade pearl and CZ dangle bridal earrings feature turquoise mother of pearl sea shell teardrop pearls dangling from a round CZ round post with a round CZ connector in between. The CZ post measures 6.5mm, the connector measures 5mm and the pearl measures 13x18mm. I was inspired by earrings that Martha Stewart wore at a public appearance. She also appears to have the same earrings made with white pearls which I also have available. Freshwater shell pearls are a popular cost effective alternative to Japanese Akoya and south sea pearls and in this case to Sleeping Beauty Turquoise. Really beautiful quality and amazing sparkle perfect for your wedding or special occasion! For pierced ears.
