When will my order ship?

All orders are processed in 1-3* business days unless otherwise stated within the listing. If you select an option that requires customization and we need to contact you about your instructions this may add additional time. Although very rare, there may be a 1-2 business day delay in some orders due to heavy order volume. If you need something for a specific date, please contact us. NEED YOUR ORDER IN A RUSH? Do you accept exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products no refunds or exchanges are accepted. If there is something wrong with the order after receipt of the package, contact us. We are here to help make sure your purchase goes smoothly!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping service however our coffee mugs are shipped securely in a white box ready for you to gift wrap. If you would like to leave a note for the gift recipient at checkout, you may choose that you wish to send it as a gift without a packing slip (no prices shown). You may also enter in a gift message during checkout to personalize your gift and your order will be sent with your gift message and no pricing shown.

Help! Something on my order is misspelled, my item is incorrect or my order is damaged! What do I do?

Please contact us should anything be incorrect on your order. If we made any sort of mistake we will correct it immediately by sending the corrected product to you. Please be sure that you double check name spellings before checking out, if the name or anything else is incorrect in the instructions, no replacement will be sent. You must contact us within 3 business days if your order is incorrect or damaged. Please hold onto any packaging and all of the parts until we resolve the damage claim in case our shipping company requires an inspection.

My package did not arrive. What do I do now?

Please use the tracking number provided to you when your order shipped to call USPS to locate the package. Packages that are marked as "Delivered" are considered resolved and can not be the responsibility of All in the Print. Please kindly understand that we cannot be held liable for USPS, Fedex or UPS deliveries that are delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, delays due to excessive holiday mail traffic, etc. Particularly during holiday seasons, on occasion, deliveries may be delayed as mail couriers are struggling to keep up with the rise in holiday mail. Although very rare, it can happen on occasion, so we always suggest giving yourself a little wiggle room for delivery if possible.

Where do I put my customization information at for my order?

Most items in our shop offer customization options in the product drop down boxes. If the item you order doesn't offer a customization option, it is your responsibility to enter all customization options in the comments section during checkout to ensure your order is printed accurately. If an established year is part of the product design and we don't receive notes from you in the order process or via email in time before your order is custom printed, we will list the current year as the established year. If your order is printed before we read your email, we cannot be held responsible for misinformation provided during the checkout process. Although we try to reply to emails quickly, sometimes orders are printed faster than we can keep up!

Can you rush my order?

Choose express shipping at checkout and your order will be upgraded to Fedex 2 Day Delivery! If express shipping is not chosen at checkout, no worries! Your order will ship standard shipping and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days* after it leaves our hands! (*US Domestic shipping only) Please note that if you place your order and only inform us within the comments section that you need your order rushed, we may not see your notes until your order is printed. At that point, we could not cancel your custom order. We are happy to help you get your order out the door as fast as possible but we ask that you convo us to make any special arrangements beforehand

Do you offer bulk discounts for large quantity orders?

Absolutely! Convo us with the item(s) and quantities you are desiring and we will be happy to chat with you about special discounted pricing.

I have a custom design or idea for how I want to change one of your existing designs to better suit my needs. Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! Convo us with what you have in your creative little mind and we'll be happy to chat with you and quote you on any custom work you want done!

Can I alter or cancel my order already placed?

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot alter or cancel orders once they are placed as orders are placed into production and hand created upon receipt. If your order contains a provided address that is inaccurate or if you simply wish to change the address, we will do our very best to accommodate your address change request although we cannot guarantee the change can occur. On the same note, we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries or delays that occur when incorrect addresses are provided during the checkout process.

Despite the sizes being small, the t-shirt and it’s color is beautiful. The sizing in the fabric gave me hives, but that can be washed!

I ordered 3 shirts from this shop and they turned out great!! Communication with the shop before my order was good and helped when trying to see if I could get the shirts before an event. The shirts are high quality and very soft. Love the colors! Would definitely recommend this shop as the quality is fantastic and shop owner is wonderful to work with.
