Resin is pretty durable, but if it does get scratched, simply buff it using plastic polish or vegetable oil using a soft cloth. Larger scratches can be filled with a UV-stable clear nail polish. Handle this jewelry like your other silver jewelry. Silver can be polished to restore shine. Also, these pieces are durable enough to be cleaned in your jewelry cleaner- just don't use any chemicals on them. The jewelry is waterproof but try to sustain from prolonged water contact.

Yes! I use only broken, obsolete circuit boards from computers, calculators, and cell phones. The color you see, called soldermask, is usually green for circuit boards because it's easier for manufacturers to detect defects. However, other colors are used too, which is why my jewelry comes in a rainbow of colors!

Absolutely! While some older circuit boards may contain heavy metals, they do not pose a threat because it's in very low concentrations and you'd have to eat them to receive exposure. Furthermore, my jewelry is encased in resin and metal so the circuit board will never actually come in contact with you. This is really important! I also do not make or sell "bare" circuit board jewelry because they are made from fiberglass, which can irritate your skin.

All small items will come in a gift box with a circuit board design. Masks are shipped in a protective plastic sleeve, and art pieces are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap. To conserve paper, I never include an invoice, so if it's being shipped as a gift, no worries! If you want to include a gift message, let me know what you'd like it to say in the notes to seller box, and I'll hand write it on a circuit board note card.

Orders to Canada have one flat rate shipping fee and all other destinations ship for a flat rate as well. I ship everything from my studio within three working days (longer if it is a custom item) but shipping time to your destination will vary depending on a number of factors including weather and customs.
