GDPR - How do you use my information?

I only use the information shared through an order to be able to complete your order and post it to you. I do not store your information anywhere other than within the Etsy database and comply with their GDPR rules. I never ever share your information with any third parties, this is not something new, I have never done that as I respect your right to privacy just as much as I desire it myself! If you choose to contact me by email, I will reply to you but I will not add you to any contact lists unless you subscribe directly via my blog. Thanks

Custom and personalised orders

Simply send me a message here through Etsy. It may be that you like a particular product but want it customised further than the variations available, or perhaps you'd like me to create something completely unique for you. I can do both. When you message me I will reply within 24hours (often within the hour to be honest!) and start the conversation with you. I'll ask for as much information as I need before quoting a price. If you are happy with the price I will then create a custom order just for you. You will receive a link to that custom order, only you can see it. Once you add the order to your cart and complete the transaction I will then create the item for you within the agreed timescale.

Custom and personalised orders

Once you have made the order I will start making the item for you. I always send progress photos so you can see how it is coming along and you have ample opportunity to make changes to the colours, style or design as the item is being created. This means you have complete control over the outcome and can ensure you get exactly what you want. That's what custom orders should be right? It also means that you may change your mind on a colour or design element, and that is just fine, we work together to get you the perfect item.

If your DOMESTIC (UK) order goes missing without update to tracking info for 18 days, I can offer a refund or replacement. International orders without upgraded tracking cannot be offered the same. All listings have international tracking options available. If you are unsure, contact me for tracking options to international locations before purchasing.

Gift wrapping and packaging

My white boxes are cardboard and stamped with a pretty floral image. Flowers are wrapped in red tissue paper and protected using bubblewrap. I recycle as much of the bubblewrap and internal packaging as I can from supplier deliveries, I also use biodegradeable bubble wrap when I've run out of material from other packages. I don't offer gift wrapping as such, but my boxes are super cute and flowers are already wrapped inside the box!

Because the flowers are sent through the mail, even when wrapped in tissue paper and bubblewrap and contained in a sturdy box, they sometimes get a bit smooshed. But felt is a wondrous material, all you need to do is titivate them, using your fingers just gently mould them back into shape! If you get your flowers dirty, don't worry, you can dab off any stains using a very damp warm cloth, try not to overwet the felt as it can lose its shape. Use some light detergent on stubborn stains. Unlike real flowers, felt flowers prefer the shade! Try not to keep them in direct sunlight otherwise overtime they will fade. Every flower comes with care instructions.

Can I have a gift card?

Yes! But let me know either by marking the order as a gift and I will include a blank gift card, leave a gift message and I will write this on the card for you, or drop me a message if unsure.

HOW TO ORDER

MEASUREMENTS and HOW THEY ARE MADE
Each flower measures approx. 26cm in length and are hand made using high quality wool/acrylic mix felt. The petals are each attached to thin floral wires so they can be bent into any shape, the petals are then secured onto a floral wire with floral tape. The flower head is approx 8cm across. They fit in any vase from 12cm to 24cm high.
