-The ribbon tutu skirt is a show stopper featuring a whimsical mix of graphic, hand cut ribbons in red,nay and white , with a matching satin waistband bow . The tutu fabric is made with ribbon, so you can easily adjust the tutu waist by simply spreading out the fabric strips to make it bigger, or pushing the strips closer together , some fraying is to be expected . This only adds extra charm to the shabby look .

- TUTU SIZING:If you're not sure about my sizes, please include your girl's waist size for a custom fit before/after you put in an order .
