🥑 DETAILS
-These signs have ⅛" letters painted to your selected color and attached to a ½" birch wood round backer that can be natural wood, stained, or painted white.
-Every element of your sign is customizable concerning color and font. If the font and/or color is not specified, we will default to the same ones as shown in the main listing photo.
-The sides of the letters will not be painted and will be a dark finish.
-We use natural wood to make our signs so each piece is different with unique grain and knots that cannot be altered.
-Name signs with a lot of letters will not be as tall as names with only a few letters. Please reach out if you would like to know the height of your sign!

It's very important to make sure you visit our website to use the mockup preview tool before ordering. We do not send a mockup before creating your sign unless specifically requested in the notes at checkout. If you request a mockup of your sign, any changes may be made within 24 hours after receiving the mockup.

🥑 PRODUCTION / SHIPPING

🥑 SHIPPING TO CANADA
Production of our signs takes 5 business days. Shipping takes typically an additional 7 days. Due to shipping costs and tariffs, there is a $40 shipping charge to ship to Canada. For the larger sizes (42”, 45”) there will be an additional charge for shipping

🥑 REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
Due to the signs being made to order, we do not offer refunds or replacements for signs that are received as ordered. We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements due to the aesthetics of natural wood, such as wood grain or knots in the wood. If your sign arrives incorrect or damaged, please message us within the first 48 hours of delivery including a photo of the sign. We are able to cancel and refund your order if requested within 24 hours of ordering.

🥑 HANGING
The signs come with a detached sawtooth hanger that can be attached with a screwdriver for easy hanging!

The sign turned out so well and is such a sweet addition to our nursery. I would definitely shop from this seller again! It would have been nice to be able to see a preview of the entire sign (instead of just the fonts) to get a sense of the colors and such, but overall we are very pleased with how it turned out.
