Gift wrapping and packaging

You may request anything in my shop be sent as a gift free of charge. Use your gift recipient's address at checkout. In the notes to seller, tell me exactly what you want me to write on a handmade tag or card. Your special someone will receive their gift directly from my home. If you pay for gift wrapping, in addition to the hand written gift tag and direct shipping, your item will also be gift bagged or boxed for a nice presentation to your gift recipient. Please allow processing time as stated in the listing.

Custom and personalized orders

Some listings are available as custom orders. Extra processing time will be required. Custom orders must be paid in full before work will begin on filling your order. I am happy to answer your questions about custom work, so please ask.

Shipping estimate was too high!

If the shopping cart calculates postage too high, I will cheerfully refund any shipping overage in excess of $2 after postage is purchased. Sometimes the shopping cart picks the wrong box, or miscalculates in some other way and overestimates the shipping costs, especially when combining lightweight listings. Don't worry, I always refund overages. If you prefer, please contact me prior to ordering and I can give you a more exact estimation for a combined order and if appropriate, set up a custom listing for you.

Are there restocking fees if I change my mind after receiving my order?

I accept returns if you changed your mind, but there will be a restocking fee equal to the original postage I had to pay. This applies to all orders, even those with shipping included in the selling price.

Crochet kitty made of acrylic yarn, stuffed with fiber fill. Safety eyes, cotton whiskers and a yarn nose for the face and on the back a chubby tail. Because of the nature of multi colored yarn and charm if handmade, your kitty could appear slightly different in color than the one pictured.

Kitty is almost 4 inches tall, and 3 inches wide. Varies according to yarn color used.

Eyes are safety eyes, but could potentially pull out of the head with rough play. For this reason, if the kitty is a gift for a child, please be sure that all children in the household are old enough that they gently love their toys.
