— HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Once you’ve placed your order and provided all the details, I’ll provide a HIGH RESOLUTION design proof within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

This will be a print-ready JPEG/and PDF, so if you’re happy with everything and approve it, you can go ahead and use the file for print, or you’re welcome to let me know if you require any changes.

—SIZES
This sample is at 16x20 inches (recommended). It can also be printed as 8x10 (exactly 50%). I can also resize to other poster sizes if required. If not otherwise requested, the artwork will be provided in 16x20 size.

— HOW TO ORDER AND CUSTOMIZE

— PRINTING
You can print at FedEx, Stables, Office Max, Wal-Mart or Kinkos with their affordable large poster size prints that are great quality. A Wal-Mart Kiosk is a great option for a last minute print. You can also use online resources to print your file.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Our chalkboards are custom made, there are no refunds. Once your personalized file has been made, we will send you a proof via Etsy. Please double check your proof carefully prior to printing. Once printed, we are not responsible for errors since you have had the proof to review and approve for the final file. If you have not yet printed, please contact us and we will be more than happy to fix an error we may have made. Your poster will be created based on the listing design you purchase, unless we had discussed a custom design for you in messages prior to purchase. Once we have sent
the proof, revisions can be made to the poster. If a different design is wanted all together, you will be asked to purchase the desired listing.

All monitors and printing facilities process color differently, so there may be a slight discrepancy in color when printed. There is no physical item to be shipped.
