Tracking status states "delivered", but I have not received my order. Can you help?

Orders are shipped to the address listed on your receipt: #1. Ensure the address is correct. #2. Check with all family members and neighbors. #3. Visit your local post office, with your tracking number on-hand, and request the delivery GPS coordinates. Etsy sellers rely on tracking information in order to operate a successful business.
