I am unable to process refunds at this time due to the nature of my products. Each item is made to order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact me and I will do my best to work with you to fix any issues you might have. All Items will ship to the address tied to your payment method. If you want your item shipped to another address please make sure you edit your address prior to purchasing.

I am not responsible for items after they are shipped. All orders are sent with a tracking number that you will receive by email at the time of shipment. if your order is lost by USPS you must file a lost package claim with your local post office.

Items that are shipped and returned due to no fault of mine (ie: Your shipping address has not been updated tied to your payment method) Your item will be repackaged and charged the full shipping fee again to reship.

I ship USPS Ground Advantage, which comes with tracking, but not insurance. Once the package leaves my hands, I cannot be held responsible for it, and refunds or resends will not be reissued. Please call your local post office and provide your tracking number so they can further assist you.
