There are three main ways you can print your file:

1. You can go to your local print shop. In this case, please bring your file on a flash drive (USB) rather than on your phone, as it may downsample quality.

2. Upload your file from your computer to an online printing service (Vistaprint, Snapfish, CanvasPeople, Shutterfly).

3. If you have a nice printer and high quality cardstock or art paper, you can print your files at home. Set printer to "original size" or 100%. Select the highest printing quality. In the paper selection option, select the appropriate option for your selected paper.

For the most part, yes, and at no extra cost! I can always create a file with a different ratio for you. Making smaller sizes is also nearly always possible.
However, because you are making a digital print of an actual artwork that was created in a certain size on real paper, with ink and watercolor, there are size limits. These illustrations are not infinitely scalable without loss of quality.
You can get a general idea of the biggest possible size from the description. Printing bigger than that would result in poorer quality.

For best results, print on matte paper stock, using a heavy weight paper. You can find heavy weight art papers specially created for art prints.
In terms of numbers, heavy weight paper is 150-250gms paper (Europe) or 80-110lbs paper (USA).
