Can I request changes to an instant download file?

Instant download files are only available in the format seen in the listing picture. These files are pre-loaded into Etsy and can only be downloaded exactly as seen. Making comments in the "notes to seller" section will not change the instant download file. If there is an instant download that you like but would like it changed slightly, please contact me for availability and pricing.

What is the best paper for me to print my files on?

For files such as tracking charts, chore lists, etc. I recommend regular printer paper or cardstock. These pages could be laminated or framed and a dry erase marker used to allow the page to be used over and over. For digital art, I recommend matte photo paper. These files can also be printed on canvas, metal or as a photo plaque. For files such as planner pages, budget trackers, etc. I recommend regular printer paper. I try to include recommended paper in listing information. However, please use discretion while deciding which paper is best for your file. I'm happy to give suggestions if need. Please contact me through Etsy Conversations. **All files should be printed in the highest print quality available.**

What resolution will my files come in?

All files will come in high resolution 300 dpi RGB. If another format is needed, please contact me before purchase for availability and pricing.

Do I have to download a font for my product?

To achieve the same look that is seen in listing pictures it is sometimes required to download 1-3 fonts. However, if you don't want to do this, you can use the fonts already installed on your computer. Some listings include a link to edit the file in Canva. In this case you do not need to download fonts but you will need a FREE Canva account. I only use fonts that are available for free for personal use. This way, it doesn't cost you anything in addition for the font. *Please remember these free fonts are for personal use only. I do include a tip sheet with fonts that are needed as well as how to download and install them.

How do I edit my customzable PDF files?

Your PDF file is editable through the FREE Adobe Reader. If you don’t already have Adobe Reader, download it at https://get.adobe.com/reader. Open Adobe Reader and then open your files. MAC Users: Your file needs to be opened directly in Adobe Reader. If you have viewed your file outside of Adobe Reader you will need to delete the file and then re-download from your purchases in Etsy. Please make sure you open Adobe Reader FIRST and then open the file. To edit your files, highlight sample text and start typing. To change the font, font color and font size to fit your needs, simply highlight text and press CTRL+E (PC) or CMD+E (Mac). This will bring up a box that will allow you to make those changes. Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital downloads I am unable to issue refunds. Please read the product descriptions carefully prior to purchase. If you are having a problem with your digital download, please contact me through Etsy conversations and I will do my best to help.

How do I edit my customzable WORD files?

Your word file is editable through Microsoft Word. These files use text boxes to allow you to customize your text. These text boxes allow for a wide variety of customization. Please make sure you are comfortable with Microsoft Word before purchasing these products. I do include a tip sheet for editing with each product.
