BRAND - everything in the PRO package plus branding design including: alternate logo, submark logo, social media icons, matching colour palette design with codes and a moodboard design combining all brand elements for reference. One round of revisions for the main logo and one round of revisions for the remaining elements.

PRO+BRAND+LAUNCH - everything in the PRO+BRAND package plus: facebook branding design (profile pic and cover), instagram branding (profile pic + 6 custom story icons), 3 facebook and 3 instagram post templates ready to customise and reuse via Canva and a matching business card design. One round of revisions for the main logo and one round of revisions for the remaining elements.

Design can not be commercially resold as clipart, template or part of a product. Designs can not be resold as part of a design service or product provided to a third party. Please note premade logo designs are not one of a kind and are being resold.


CAN I TRADEMARK MY LOGO?

If you purchased a premade logo design then this will not be possible. Please message me for a custom logo design service quote if you are looking for a unique design made from scratch.


CAN I ALTER MY LOGO FILES?

Modifying the logo or any part of it by yourself or a third party is not permitted. Using parts of the logo to create other designs is also not permitted.

You can use your design as is in any marketing collateral ( example: business cards, brochures, catalogos, stickers, social media or website) but without making changes to the design supplied.



CAN I CLAIM THE LOGO AS MY OWN DESIGN?

You can not resell, redistribute or claim the design as something you have made yourself. All designs supplied are for personal business use only. You can share the designs with your marketing team, web designers, sign makers, etc. but they may not claim the design as their own or use it to promote their business.



CAN I USE THE LOGO TO CREATE PRODUCTS FOR SALE?

You can not use the design as a clipart, to create digital or physical products for sale.
