If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense. Due hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable or exchangeable.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Trium Jewelry has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged


For exchanges, I will send you a voucher with the value of the returned item.
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours

I do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. Trium Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to finish the purchase. We offer an Express shipment upgrade with DHL to get your order before than expected.

Other Countries: Standard 15 -30 Business days - Upgrade 3-5 business days (only available countries).

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Before/After Christmas there use to be up to 3 weeks of delays (Nov 15th to Jan 15th).

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30 days from shipping date. Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.

Trium Jewelry is an environmentally friendly shop that tries to reduce packing to one or two boxes (depending on the quantity ordered). If you need your jewelry in separate boxes please write me and I will do so.

All of the rings are measured in US ring size.

If you do not know your ring size, just take a ring that you love and measure the inside diameter.
