We want your new piece to fit you perfectly! Since our items are handcrafted, please follow these guidelines to choose the right size: For T-shirts: The best way to find your size is to measure a t-shirt you already own and love. Lay it flat and measure the width across the chest. If you prefer a loose, oversized look, we recommend sizing up by 1-2 sizes. For Dresses & Blouses: Please measure your body directly (not your clothes). We recommend measuring your bust and hip circumference to ensure a precise, comfortable fit. Please refer to the specific size chart provided in each listing.

We use only premium-quality fabrics for our embroidered collection: • T-shirts: Our women’s line features a soft, stretchy cotton-viscose blend (35% cotton, 65% viscose). We also offer 100% natural cotton options for both women and men. • Dresses & Blouses: We work with fine natural linen, linen blends, and high-quality cotton or cotton-mix fabrics. We believe in transparency - the specific composition for every item is detailed in its individual product listing. Please check the "Item Details" section on each page to see the fabric used for your chosen garment.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen? Please keep in mind that due to variations in screen monitors and phone displays, the actual colors of the embroidered apparel may differ slightly from the product images.

We ship from two locations: Ukraine and the USA. How to identify the origin: • Items with a "Free Shipping" badge ship from Ukraine (FREE worldwide, no customs). • Items without the badge ship from our USA location (shipping calculated at checkout, customs may apply). • US customers: All orders get FREE shipping regardless of origin. Processing & Production: • From USA: Ready to go, dispatched in 1-2 business days. • From Ukraine: Embroidered specifically for you, production takes 3-6 business days. Note: International buyers are responsible for any customs/import duties for US-based orders. You can always see the estimated dispatch date for each item directly on the product listing page before completing your purchase. Thanks!

Because we strive to move your wearable art into production as quickly as possible, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hour of purchase. Once this brief window has passed, the creation process has already begun, and the order can no longer be retracted. We appreciate your quick decision-making!

As each piece is individually crafted and embroidered specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review our measurement guidelines carefully before ordering. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., fabric or embroidery defects) or you received the wrong size/item, please contact us immediately via private message. Include clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right - whether by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Issues with Your Order

Your satisfaction is my priority, but accidents during transit can occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in the embroidery, please reach out via private message immediately. Including a few clear photos of the issue will help me resolve it for you swiftly. We truly value your trust and are committed to ensuring you are happy with your EthnoDreams piece.

To keep your embroidered pieces looking beautiful for years to come, please follow these guidelines: Washing: We recommend gentle hand washing in cool water or using a delicate machine cycle. Please do not bleach. Drying: Hang to dry. Ironing: * For T-shirts: Iron inside out on a low setting, avoiding direct contact with the embroidery. * For Blouses and Dresses: Use a steamer or iron with a steam function. You can safely steam the garment, including the embroidery area, to keep the fabric smooth and the stitches looking fresh and voluminous.
