Damage Defective Item

Customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging me immediately about any defects that may appear on the t- shirt. I will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason, as by this point the defect could have occurred due to issues that are beyond my control.

The shirts are UNISEX - they are meant to have a loose fit so if you would like it to be more tight, it is recommended to order a size down.

► DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING (DTG): How does it work?

With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt. A special printer prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This technology leaves a smooth finish that never fades.

- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

This was a birthday gift for a friend from Rio who had just returned from there on a visit. I was able to have the shirt made in lilac even though this design was not marketed with that option, so customer service is wonderful and very accommodating!
