Colors, Customization Options, Listing Help

We do our best to represent the true colors of our materials. Please keep in mind, monitors and screens, the amount of light in a room or area, may alter the appearance of a listing on both the cap and the thread. Hue/color/darkness and levels of distressing can vary from cap to cap. Customer review photos tend to have a large amount of variance due to photo technique, use of flash, photos taken inside often at night with low light, use of filters etc. If you need help selecting colors or help with a listing in general, please send us an Etsy message before purchase and we will be glad to assist you. We normally respond to any inquiries in less than two hours during normal business hours.

We take great care and time when creating a listing. Please make sure to read the listing in its entirety before purchasing. If you have questions, please message us before purchase so we can assist. Our standard response time is normally less than two hours, and we are always glad to help.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order

PRODUCTION TIME This is the time needed to sew your cap and doesn't include shipping time. If you have a deadline, you need to meet, please let us know before ordering, so we can assist. We cannot honor notes left at checkout or messages asking for an order ASAP or by a certain date. SHIPPING TIME We offer standard shipping and rush shipping options for all hats. Rush is always faster regardless of what the Etsy estimate says as a rush upgrade also allows the item to ship out faster/skip the line. ADDRESS CHANGE If you need an address changed after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately through Etsy.

Every hat is created from scratch with customization options chosen by customer and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange. We want every customer to have the peace of mind that their hat was made just for them, as advertised, and that we are not reselling other customers tried on/used hats. We also do not take hat returns for hygienic reasons as many of our customers have allergies to pets, scents, lotions, fragrances, etc. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can help.

What Constitutes Buyer's Remorse

Purchasing an item by mistake, choosing a color combination that you didn't intend to select or deciding that you don't like, want or need the item/s as chosen. The item not matching an item previously purchased by you are someone else or an item purchased from another company. Not liking the fit or construction and/or colors or entering the wrong customization/personalization information. If you need help with colors or design, please contact us before purchase so we can offer assistance. If you have already received your item/s, please contact us so we can help with your concern.

Notes Left at Checkout/Messages after Checkout

We cannot honor requests/notes/messages to provide changes that are not part of the listing purchased or that were not agreed upon before purchase. Please make sure to contact us before purchase for any changes/additional work.

International shipments take longer to arrive than orders shipped inside the US. Please allow for extra travel time, especially during the Christmas season. All taxes, fees, etc as the result of shipping outside the US are the customer's responsibility. Etsy does not include any VAT, etc. Our normal return policy applies to international order.

CAP FEATURES:
-Women's fit, 100 percent washed cotton distressed cap.
-Will fit most teens/adult females.
-Cap base is significantly more expensive than your typical Etsy seller uses for embroidery.
-Soft and unstructured fabric (not a stiff/hard cap).
-Faux/vegan leather, adjustable buckle back.
-Custom designed embroidered onto cap - no patches or vinyl.

STRAP SIZING:
-Our custom vegan leather straps can be clipped to a specific length, if desired, after sizing the cap.
-Most customers will not need or want to clip the strap, but our most petite customers may prefer to clip the strap with scissors if they feel it is too long after sizing the cap down.
-We can clip any strap and/or punch an extra hole in the strap (to make the hat even smaller) by leaving a note at checkout. There is no extra charge for this service.

COLORS AND DISPLAY:
*Caps may vary from sample photos to some degree. They may be lighter/darker, have variations in hue/pigment and/or distressing levels may vary.
*Monitors and screens can also alter color appearance on both caps and thread.
