I recommend signing up for text alerts so you will be notified when you package is being delivered** Here is my store policy if your package is in delivery status yet you don't see your package;
1) I recommend waiting a few days. Sometime USPS scans early and puts it in their truck.
2) Still don't see your package. Notify me. I will put in a help desk ticket through USPS. They will respond back to me within 2-3 business days. They can give GPS cordinates of where your package was scanned. Your local USPS will be able to give you more detailed information then what my local USPS can give me. Please note first class mail doesn't contain insurance. USPS insurance does NOT cover theft.
3) If you suspect theft I recommend filing a police rep
