Humidity levels play a critical role in the success of the casting process, and during certain times of the year, such as summer, elevated humidity can lead to complications in foam casting. Please be advised that delays are often a result of this particular issue.

My foam head arrived with some holes! Is it still usable?

Yes, the foam head is still usable. Foam heads are designed to be covered with fabric, not intended for use in their raw form. Minor holes typically occur in areas that will be cut during the customization process. Please rest assured that I only ship foam heads that meet strict quality standards. Only Grade A and B foam heads are sent to clients, while Grade C and D foam heads are offered at a discounted price due to imperfections in the casting process.

Do you sell "Misscast" foam heads?

Yes, I do offer miscast foam heads. However, they are not listed in my online store. If you're interested in purchasing a miscast foam head at a discounted price, please follow me on Bluesky or join my Telegram group, where I share these items.

I received my order, but have decided I don't have the time to work on it and would like to return it for a refund or coupon. Is this possible?

My foam head seems to have a strange odor, what is it!?

The odor you're noticing is likely due to the release agent used during the casting process. The material is a wax-based product called Ease Release 2832, which is applied to ensure that the foam can be easily removed from the mold after it has fully cured. This is a necessary product for the casting process and is commonly used to prevent damage to the cast.

My item has not arrived! I want a refund!

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds for items lost in transit. If you chose tracking, please contact your postal service with your tracking number to inquire about the package and file a claim for a lost item. What I cannot offer for lost or stolen items: - A refund (no exceptions). It’s your responsibility to choose a tracked shipping option at checkout. - A replacement for lost orders. - Any accommodations for errors made on your part regarding the order.

I thought I had ordered the correct size of print for my suit, but turns out it is too Large/Small, can I return it?

These are super cute and have a great shape. I've actually never owned anything that was 3D printed so I was a bit surprised by the quality of these. They are very sturdy while still being pretty lightweight. They fit the eye mesh pretty well. It took about a month for them to arrive but I think it was worth the wait. I really recommend this shop for any beginner (or experienced) fursuit maker, especially Canadians. It's nice to finally have a quality supplier within Canada!!
