A very attractive Market Bag/Tote, which is strong and easy on the hands to carry when full.

These bags carry quite a lot and are strong enough to carry heavier items.
For instance, they will easily carry 2 x 3 litre bottles of milk.

This bag has a strong and sturdy bottom, does not over stretch and has very strong and comfortable to carry handles.

The handles can be easily made longer or shorter to suit individual tastes.

This is a written pattern with colour photos.

*Pattern is in Australian/UK terms, in English.

It is easy to follow and is simple enough for the advanced beginner.

Materials you will need to make this pattern:

• 3.00 ~ 5.00 mm crochet hook depending on what yarn or string you are using.
• Cotton string, knitting cotton, 1.5mm to 1.8mm industrial cotton yarn, etc. Quantities will vary depending on what you use.
For instance I used 7 small balls of cheap shop string or 4 balls of the 12 ply cotton, 75 grams each.
