Every 3-piece rustic pottery set is custom-made with care and intention, created just for you. I believe each piece should be made thoughtfully, with purpose and heart. When I receive your order, I begin crafting each plate and bowl from scratch, pouring my passion into every detail. Every dish is shaped and refined by hand, making it one-of-a-kind. While I’m working, take a moment to relax, sip on something you love, and start imagining the beautiful meals you’ll share on your new dishes. When your rustic set arrives, it’ll spark new moments of connection with family and friends. This isn’t just dinnerware—it’s a new tradition, a way to create time and memories together. ♥

Please carefully read the following safety information to ensure safe handling, care, and use of our ceramic products.

1. Food Safety Compliance
Our ceramic tableware is made with non-toxic materials and glazes. However, please note that:
✔ Lead-Free & Cadmium-Free: All products comply with EU safety regulations regarding harmful substances like lead and cadmium.
✔ Food Contact: Only use these pieces for food and drink as intended. They are designed to be safe for direct contact with food when used properly.

2. Not Suitable for High-Temperature Cooking
✔ Oven Use: Handmade ceramics may not be suitable for use in ovens, microwave ovens, or broilers unless explicitly stated.
✔ Direct Heat Sources: Avoid placing your ceramic pieces on direct heat sources such as stovetops or open flames, as they can crack or break due to thermal shock.

3. Care and Maintenance
✔ Handwashing Recommended: Although many of our ceramic pieces are dishwasher-safe, we recommend handwashing to preserve the longevity of the design and glaze. Always handle with care to avoid chipping.
✔ Avoid Abrasive Scrubbing: Use non-abrasive sponges or cloths to avoid damaging the glaze or surface of your ceramic items.

4. Child Safety
✔ Age Appropriateness: Our ceramic tableware is generally suitable for adults and older children. Small parts (such as handles or decorative elements) may present a choking hazard for young children, so please use caution if using the items with toddlers or infants.

5. Cracking or Chipping
✔ Handle with Care: Ceramic items, while durable, are still susceptible to breaking if dropped or subjected to sudden impacts. Always use and store them carefully to prevent damage.
✔ Inspect Regularly: Before each use, inspect the items for any cracks or chips. If damaged, do not use for food or drink purposes as this can compromise both safety and functionality.

6. Storing
✔ Store ceramic tableware in a safe location away from high-risk areas like the edge of counters or shelves where they could fall and break. Consider using soft padding or inserts to prevent scratches when stacking or storing multiple pieces.

7. Warning - Not for Use with Non-Food Items
✔ Not Intended for Other Uses: Do not use our ceramic tableware for purposes other than eating, drinking, or decorative display. These items are not suitable for holding chemicals, cleaning agents, or other non-food substances.
