I was extremely shocked when the two crib mobiles for my twins arrived. The mobiles arrive unassembled, which is not stated anywhere within the item description. Though the quality of the product is good, I would have never paid this much money for what essentially ended up being a DIY project. Really disappointed.

For the benefit of the customer we do not pre-cut string lengths so that our customs have the freedom to cut the string to the size that best fits the mobiles location. Appropriate string length is very important when hanging a mobile over a crib or from a ceiling.
