Is this a cookie stamp? Will there be an impression of the design on the cookie dough?

No. Unlike cookie stamps, this is a cookie cutter and will only cut out the outline shape of the design.

Are these dishwasher safe?

No. These cookie cutters are printed with food safe PLA and will melt in hot temperatures. It is best to hand wash them in cool soapy water.

Do you offer custom cookie cutters?

Is this a digital print?

No. This is a cookie cutter printed on a 3D printer that you can use with cookie dough or fondant.

Can I get a replacement because I ordered the wrong size cutter?

Each cutter is printed for your specific order and because of that we can’t accept exchanges and refunds do to size or a change of mind. ❤️ Here are some great tips to get an accurate measurement of your cutter before purchasing: 1. Zoom in on the image 2. Use a ruler to measure from the top of the longest edge to the bottom of the longest edge. 3. When your image is the same size as the measurement (2”, 2.5”, 3”, etc) that will approximately be how big the cutter is. All of our cutters are measured height x width or width x height never diagonal.

All cutters are measured from the longest point either vertically or horizontally. Long thin cutters will look smaller than more “chubby” cutters even though they both measure the same size.

Can you update my address after an order is placed?

I will try my best to update your address when shipping, but due to a large amount of orders it’s not always possible. Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

What happens if my order says DELIVERED but it’s not here?

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Contact your local post office and ask them for any information they may have. Once your package leaves my possession the only information I have is the same tracking number you receive. Wait a couple days and sometimes your package will show up. Package Theft and lost packages are not covered with Shipping insurance and we can not replace or refund your purchase at our expense.

What do I do if my shipment is delayed?

Please be patient. Once your package is given to the USPS I have no control over how long they actually end up taking to deliver your package. There are delays due to the pandemic and new extended shipping times (starting Oct 1, 2021) by USPS. If your order isn't delivered after these time frames with these shipping methods, please contact me and I will file a claim with USPS. Priority Mail Express- 7 days Priority Mail- 15 days First Class Mail- 20 days
