If you ordered a product that comes with a mockup, you are allowed three total mockups per order at no charge. After that, mockup charges are $15 per mockup payable before production begins. Mockups are sent via Etsy messages, usually within 5 business days after purchase, so please watch for it. If you don't respond to the mockup within 24 hours, it will delay delivery of your order.

Camelsota goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. We accept returns for following reasons within 7 days of delivery: 1) the blank items themselves are materially flawed 2) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations. We make all our items per order so all our items are considered custom. Therefore, we are not able to accept returns except for the two reasons listed above so please check size chart and other product information carefully before placing your order.

If your order instruction is not clear, we may message you to confirm the detail, especially for custom printed or embroidered items.

LOGO EMBROIDERY: If you need logo embroidery, please add Logo Digitizing Fee in your cart: https://www.etsy.com/listing/949603747/one-time-logo-fee-for-embroidery-with. This is a one-time per logo (not per item) fee to digitize your logo file into a stitch file for embroidery. You would not pay for it on your future orders.

A logo fee is not required for text-only embroidery if you use our fonts shown in the listing.

We will send you a mockup for review and approval before production if you paid for the logo fee.

Send me your logo via Etsy messages. Vector format is the best (.ai or .eps). If you don't have that, high resolution .png or .jpg works sometimes. We need an image larger than 1MB, less than 7MB, and higher than 1500x1000 px.

TEXT ONLY EMBROIDERY: Choose from the embroidery fonts shown in the listing. Please enter text EXACTLY as you want it - the more characters you have per line, the smaller your text will be. For monograms, write the letters in the order you want to see them embroidered.

Please specify font and thread color preference. If nothing is specified, we will choose ones that look best to us.

Left chest embroidery: 2"-4.5" width
Across back embroidery: 8"-12" width
Unless instructed otherwise, we make the embroidery as big as possible, depending on the text/font/design parameters, so it looks and sews well.

For Left Chest or Right Chest, if you have text longer than 10 characters, please split it into up to 3 lines. If you have a long text for the back, please also consider splitting it into lines.

NO MOCKUPS will be sent for text-only embroidery, so please be clear with your instructions. If you need a mockup, please reach out before placing your order.

I ordered matching jackets for myself and my husband for our anniversary, since we’ve always joked about getting matching tracksuits. I loved all the customization options and am really pleased with both the quality of the track jacket and the embroidery. Thank you, Holly!

The seller's page was confusing. Descriptions and pictures need to be reviewed and edited for clarity and ease of use. The item itself was very nice. It just wasn’t what I thought it was ordered. If you order a custom item from this seller, just be sure to message and clarify the order. I wish I would have been better about that.
