My order hasn't arrived yet - where is it?

Please note that unless you selected a 'track and sign' shipping option we cannot provide any status updates. All orders are shipped within 2 working days. If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks (rest of world), please check with your local post office, as they may be holding it for you. If it is not there we will be happy to send a free replacement or issue a refund at this point. Non-received orders must be reported within 10 weeks. Please note that if orders are returned to us as 'unclaimed' or 'undeliverable', or an incorrect address is provided, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost. We will be happy to resend the order if the shipping fee is paid again (please contact us for details)

My print arrived damaged

On the very rare occasions when items get damaged in transit, we will be happy to send replacements, however we will need to see proof of the damaged items first. Please contact us as soon as your order arrives, and send us a photo of the damage.
