To ensure long life for your jewelry, we recommend keeping it dry. While we build our jewelry to last, many of our materials are naturally sensitive to moisture and may oxidize when exposed to water. Additionally, some crystals and feathers are fragile by nature, so please be gentle with your treasures!

Feathers:
Most of our feathers can be rejuvenated with a hair flattener on low heat, pressing gently and slowly ironing in the direction of the feather grain. Please do not iron the rigid bright red/orange feathers.

Gauges:
Wipe with a damp cloth to clean, using a very small amount of gentle soap if needed. Wood and horn plugs may be conditioned with a small amount of jojoba or coconut oil. Please do not rinse or submerge.

We are always happy to work with you to create a variation of an existing item or a new idea from scratch, just for you!

All of our earrings can be converted into gauges or tunnel inserts. Custom gauge sizes and single flare plugs are available upon request.

Payment must be made in full before work will begin on custom items. Custom designs are not eligible for coupons, discounts, or returns.

Many of our listings have lettered selection photos so you can choose your favorite stone ❤

For items without selection photos, you are welcome to let us know your preferences for color, size, shape, etc in the notes to seller during checkout, and we will do our best to select the perfect crystal for you!

If you are still unsure, we can provide a complimentary custom selection photo of our current stock to make sure you receive a stone you resonate with! We only provide custom photo selection for paid orders. Just leave us a note when you purchase to let us know you'd like to choose your own crystal :)

All our standard chains and hooks are lead-free, cadmium-free, and nickel-safe (made without nickel but may contain trace amounts from production machinery), but do contain copper so they may not be suitable for sensitive skin.

If you have sensitive skin, we can create a hypoallergenic version of most designs. We have surgical grade stainless steel, sterling silver, waxed cotton cord, and other hypoallergenic materials on hand to ensure your safety and comfort!

We also have clip-on earring hooks for customers with un-pierced ears.

For stainless steel chain or earring hooks, just leave us a note when you purchase to let us know your preference. For anything else, just send us a message to arrange for a custom hypoallergenic order :)

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a return. Custom orders (including custom chains/metals/cord) are not eligible for return.

Returns must be authorized by us prior to sending. Items must be in their original condition and postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we've made a mistake, in which case we will of course cover the cost.

Upon receiving return in undamaged, unworn condition (no noticeable wear or odors), we will add your replacement item to our work queue or issue a refund for the cost of the returned item.

International orders usually arrive within 3 weeks of shipment, but some may take longer, up to 8 weeks depending on location, pandemic-related delays, and customs. We thank you for your patience! Please notify us of lost packages within 90 days of ship date.

Please note, buyers outside the US are responsible for any customs duties or VAT fees that may arise. Please review your country's tax policies before ordering. It is illegal for us to mark our packages as "gift" to avoid fees- thanks for understanding. Packages returned due to unpaid VAT will be refunded for the cost of the items only.

Due to limited availability of natural materials, time constraints, and the complexity of creating handmade art in bulk, we are not currently offering wholesale pricing.
