Although our jewelry is meant for every occasion and we want for you to wear it daily, we do not recommend showering, sleeping, or exercising while wearing your jewelry. In addition, please do not spray perfumes or rub lotion directly near your jewelry, as many beauty products cause tarnishing of metals.

All silver-plated jewelry (non-sterling silver) are considered "costume jewelry" and have a shelf life. Silver-plated jewelry has a very thin layer of silver that covers a non-precious base metal. Chemicals from daily wear and the exposed layer of silver react with air to change the color of the piece.

We will not issue exchanges or refunds for worn pieces.

If you have experienced a reaction or discoloration due to silver-plated jewelry before, I suggest only purchasing sterling silver pieces. We will not issue exchanges or refunds for discoloration to the skin, as it is a personal reaction, not a defect in the piece.

All of our pieces are considered "costume jewelry" and have a shelf life. It is possible for stones to fall out with normal wear. Please message us if a stone falls out within 14 days from the ship date. We will not issue an exchange, refund or replace any of these pieces after 14 days.
