DESCRIPTION
A proper 1950s cat eye, brand new and never worn.
Mud brown celluloid brow over a completely clear acetate front. The original amor Paris tag is still tied to the frame.
Amor was born in Paris in 1946, created by the optician Georges Lissac. Through the 1950s and 60s almost every optician in France carried it, and some fifteen million pairs were worn.
Frame only, no lenses fitted, ready for your prescription or tinted lenses.
Vintage piece — light signs of age may be present.

New old stock — never worn. Light storage marks may be present consistent with age.
