This listing is for a stained glass piece *made to order* just for you. Please note this piece will ship between 3-6 weeks after I receive photos--I make each piece with my own two hands :)

Let me make you a one-of-a-kind gift for yourself or a loved one! These portraits make perfect gifts for someone grieving the loss of their sweet pup or just an immortalization of the Best Cat Ever. They look equally great hung as part of your gallery wall or catching some rays in a window.


PRODUCT DETAILS:
Your pet's face and "bust" surrounded by a glass oval in a color of your choosing. Finished with a banner that includes their name--written in enamel paint by my own two hands!

Each portrait is approximately 10" by 7.5", made of stained glass using the copper foil method. I will choose glass colors and patina finish that I feel best suit the pet, but please feel free to let me know if you have ideas. The final product is hung from black chain. To date I have only made cat, dog, and bunny portraits but I am open to all animals! The pattern is created by me using photos you supply upon purchase.

HOW TO ORDER:

-PHOTOS:
You can send photos via "conversations" in Etsy or through email (mindandmineral@gmail.com). Please do not send via Instagram DM, thank you!
--> A good photo is well-lit with the pet facing forward or only slightly to the side. I make portraits *directly* off the photos you send, so if you send photos at weird angles, the portrait will also be the same weird angle :)
--> The more photos, the better! That way I can see as many special details as possible. Also, I love seeing your pets!

-NAME: Include the pet name when prompted by Etsy. Please keep it to 10 characters or less. The default font is the "Sailor Jerry" tattoo font, but please message me if you would prefer a different style.

-BACKGROUND COLOR: Upon ordering, please select what color you'd like for the background. After purchase, I will contact you and we can work out exactly which background glass you'd prefer (there are often multiple options for each color). If you're not sure, pick "Not Sure" and we can chat about it :)

-CUSTOMIZATION is very possible! It may include an extra charge. Adding accessories or a second pet is totally worth it, though! Please message me if you have an idea that goes beyond the standard single face portrait.

**Please note that I cannot make a good portrait without good photos and if I don't feel like I will be able to do the portrait justice I may cancel and refund the order. This is the worst case scenario, I'm sure the photos you have are just perfect!

**I use a solder that contains lead to create this piece, which simply means that no one should be licking it or eating off its surface :)
