NAKian Jewelry accepts return of unworn product in brand new condition within 14 days of delivery but won't refund the labor cost of 35%

If you are in any unlikely event, unhappy with an item, please send us a message to let us know as soon as possible. Do let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. We will do all we can to help and to resolve any issue.

If you do decide to return the item, then it must be returned to us in exactly the same state as you received it. Pieces that have been in anyway altered or resized after you received the item may not be returned or it may be eligible for a partial refund

Shipping back to us must be by a method that allows for tracking the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

We are not able to do exchanges because the store operates upon request, this means when you make an order then we start creating your jewelry, that's why we need at least 7-9 business days to make it. You can return the item back with costs covered by you and when we receive the item without any damages you will be eligible for a partial refund of 65%. Our store keeps the labor cost of 35%.

Buyers are responsible for returning shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We recommend visiting at least two local jewelers to be sized for free as sizing tools can vary slightly between jewelers. If you can't visit a jewelry shop, contact us so we can guide you. For some items, it may be impossible to resize and a new ring will need to be re-fabricated for additional costs. If resizing is required, please contact us and we can discuss the rates.

Also, in case you need a resizing for a ring, necklace chain or bracelets/bangles to a different size/length from the one you order, there would be an extra charge which depends on the material you have order.
