★ No Tracking(Canada Only) = NO informations about your package and it takes longer to be delivered. I Highly recommend to select The Tracking Number at checkout if you want a fast shipping & be able to follow your package.

- QUEBEC/ON : (Contact Purolator, they can help you!) You must wait 10 days from your shipping date before it's declared lost & contact me.
- CANADA : (Contact CanadaPost, they can help you!) You must wait 30 days from your shipping date before it's declared lost & contact me.
- USA : (Contact USPS, they can help you!) You must wait 14 days from your shipping date before its declared lost & contact me.
- INTERNATIONAL: You must wait 45 days from your shipping date before its declared lost & contact me.

☆ Be Aware that some crowns may be heavier than other to wear. Remember that you are wearing crystals on you head! Some crowns have bigger crystals for an Epic Look!

☆ I use standard Headbands which usually fit on all heads. I add bobbypins to your package so you can use them to help holding in place if you need it or you can use the attachment of your choice if needed. ♡

☆ My Crystal Crowns are sturdy but crystals are delicate, please handle with care like they're little treasures. ♡
~ Keep it in a dry place away from direct sunlight
~ Keep it away from water & humidity

☆ If you want to change something on the crown or customize it, please contact me BEFORE ordering. (Several crowns are already ready-to-go !)

If you receive a damaged item, send me a photo of your item as soon as you receive it & I will find a solution based on the damage! ♡

☆ RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Exchanges and Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis if there's an issue(broken/damaged) with the material upon arrival.

Customer will be responsible for Return Fees, then shipping back fees will be the responsibility of Luna Corvus.
