How do you post my item?

We use Royal Mail 48 hour courier on all standard UK orders. For express we send this on a 24 hour Next Day delivery with Royal Mail. With International shipping we use Royal Mail for a flat rate of £17.99 worldwide. Where available a tracking number will also be provided when using our over seas shipping. Overseas deliveries are estimated to take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

How long will it take to ship my item?

All items are shipped with 1-3 working days

Please note that we do not engrave special characters or accents as a lot of our fonts do not accept these. Please also note that it is not possible to engrave emojis. If included in the personalisation this will be missed out. Where acceptable, we may be able to include heart emojis in the text.
