Please measure your exact wrist size (circumference) in inches. I tell people to go up at least 1/2 inch to 1 inch above wrist size depending on two factors 1) if you like them
More fitted or to have more movement. 2) also depends on hand size. The bracelets need to wiggle over the hand. They are made of plastic resin so they are flexible.

I have 6.5 inch wrist circumference (the measure around wrist)
I have small hands . I can wear the 7 small and the 7.5 medium. The 7 are tighter to get on but love the fit once on. The 7.5 medium are easy to get on and have more movement on my arm. I love both and wear both… I never take mine off. If you like to take them on and off and prefer a bit more movement on the arm possibly going up an inch over wrist size could help instead of going up only 1/2 inch over wrist size ….
