Custom and personalized orders

I specialize in custom orders. Please be aware that custom orders with photos, messages or special requests can take a while to prepare. Dependent on when I receive the photos and customization and YOUR APPROVAL of the mock up makes a difference on how quickly it can be made. Please message me if you have a deadline. In some cases if we do not hear back from a customer your order may be sent without photos.

There typically will be a care instructions page with your order but as a rule of thumb here is a list of how to care for your jewelry item: - take off jewelry prior to washing, showering, bathing or swimming - to keep jewelry near original color, never store in the bathroom or a humid environment. It is best to keep your jewelry in a jewelry box or air tight container. - polish with the appropriate jewelry cleaner depending on what your item is made of. Most of my jewelry is brass which darkens naturally over time. - Lockets sometimes need adjustment to close properly. Every order will usually be in a white organza bag or a box. The exception to this will be if we run out of packaging. (example: after a busy holiday period). Multiple jewelry items in one order may be condensed into one bag. If you are giving away multiple items to different people in the same order please let us know at the time of purchase and we can use multiple bags. *PLEASE NOTE: FOR PURCHASES BEING SHIPPED TO CANADA -Canada Post has strict measurement requirements for regular mail. We cannot box packaging or do gift wrap for free shipping orders in Canada. If your item(s) go over these measurement, there may be an extra charge because of size.

do you refund shipping or tariff charges to the USA?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping on your order. The actual shipping charge to the USA is the tariff we are required to pay prior to shipping. US customers are responsible for these costs and they are non-refundable.

If you are doing a do it yourself wedding bouquet memorial or locket, this is the perfect way to get your photos to fit inside the tray space. Most photos are done in 24 hours depending on holiday periods and whether the correct information was given when purchasing.

*please note that if you send 1 photo with different people you want cropped individually from that one photo, every time we crop would be a photo.
example 1 photo with 2 separate people cropped would be 2 photo files not 1.

*We do not refund images we have already sized and sent to your email unless there was a mistake on our end with sizing.

*PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED PHOTOS OR HAVE NOT GIVEN MEASUREMENTS IN METRIC WE MESSAGE YOU FOR THIS INFO. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO OUR MESSAGES, WE MAY HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

1. You only measure the inside of the locket rim to rim, only where the photo goes, and send us the mm measurement (we do not accept inches and fractions or links to purchases of a locket) If you do not have a metric ruler you can measure with an imperial ruler and do a conversion in google. Send us UNCROPPED photos. Please note: Etsy only allows 3 attachments per message. If you have more you will need to send multiple messages to the shop.

2. We do a proof for your review, and once approved by you (within 24 hours), we email you the REAL file on 4X6" or a 5x7" photo size. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours the photo print is automatically sent to the email on file with ETSY. We can only hold the order open in photoshop for 24 hours. Etsy also requires us to send your order ON TIME.

(You will receive 3 of the same image for each photo you purchase. They will be placed on the photo print, so if you make a cutting error you have a few to fall back on.) As per picture instructions, WE DO NOT DO HEART SHAPES. The photo will be done as a square or rectangle and you will cut the heart shape from the square. *we are not responsible for how the photo looks in a heart shape but do our best to make it work. This rule also applies to any unusual shape you are requesting.

4. You download the completed file, we send you, to your computer and send the file to a photo lab to be processed. You can also talk to the photo lab about sending the file directly from your email on your phone. When sending to the photo lab it should be ordered on a 4X6" or 5x7" photo print (whatever we have specified to you in directions sent to your email).

PLEASE NOTE: WE NEED TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU REGARDING YOUR PROOF. WE CAN ONLY KEEP YOUR FILE OPEN FOR 24 HOURS FOR CHANGES YOU WOULD LIKE, IF WE DO NOT HEAR BACK WE AUTOMATICALLY SEND THE FILE TO YOUR EMAIL AS IS. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES THAT WILL BE ABLE TO BE DONE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR EMAIL, AS YOUR FILE WILL BE CLOSED.

Failure to send all photos or respond to communication from us will result in your order being sent incomplete and a credit being made for the work not completed.

What is a file? A file is one image you want us to size.
2 files is two images you want us to size.

All light background photos will have a black square behind so you can see the edges to cut. We recommend small scissors to cut your photos.

Can I use my own locket without purchasing from your shop? Yes!, as long as it is an oval, square, rectangle or round locket. Hearts or other shapes will be sized to a square shape and you cut from that. Please see measuring instructions in the photos in this listing.
