Can you make something custom for me?

Absolutely! I love to work with customers to create a special piece just for them. We offer custom versions of pretty much everything we sell, as well as custom pieces designed just for you!

I am sending this as a gift, can you include a note?

I include a Thank you card in every order and would be pleased to add your message. Please leave your note at checkout and we will include it in the gift packaging. There is never a charge for this service.

If I order more than one Item will I get a shipping refund?

We do not make a profit on shipping and will refund any shipping amounts even if the shipping is less for one item when sending to your location.

Can I see my Item being made?

Yes! If you follow us on Instagram (8thLine) we post daily shop pictures, so you just might get a glimpse of your product being built.

Orders to the U.S.A are shipped FedEx Ground. Canadian shipments are sent either Canada Post Expedited Parcel or FedEx Ground depending on the region.
