We are happy to make custom shoes based on your foot measurements. However please note custom orders are non refundable and non returnable for any reason. Also we don't make medical shoes.

*Our main goal is that all our clients have an amazing experience in our shop. Please contact me prior to making a return/exchange so we can help resolve everything as quickly and easily as possible.
*We accept returns/exchanges. Items must be returned in their original and unworn condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returned items.
*Items on sale are final sale so they can't be returned or exchanged.
*The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
*Items should be returned by registered mail and the tracking number should be sent to us. We recommend using your national postal services.
*The customer is responsible for any additional customs charges when you return products to us.

As our products are handmade from mostly natural products there may be slight variations in the products. The product you receive may not be identical to the one shown in the listing photos. These small variations might be a slightly different color or shape as a result of the hand making process and natural materials used. Also materials used change and processes improve which results in a better product but it may also result in the product being slightly different than the product shown in the listing photos.
