Please Note: Our scramble board is shipped in two to three pieces, A) the printed, die-cut board, B) the magnetic circle overlay center that is manually adhered to the die-cut board by you on your end and C) the magnetic letters and/or easel. Using the provided instructions, installation of the circle overlay typically takes 15 minutes or less.

3️⃣ ABOUT THE EVENT PROP 3️⃣

The board will be printed and die-cut on 4mm Coroplast (0.15 in) aka corrugated plastic. This material is waterproof, very durable and is ideal for long term and outdoor use.

The design will be printed using UV resistant inks that ensure the colors will not fade. Plus the backing board will be treated with a finish that is smooth, non-reflective and semi-glossy.

Please Note: Corrugated plastic is not a hard plastic like PVC and tupperware containers. This material is commonly used for lawn signs and has slits for single and H-wire stakes.

4️⃣ TEST YOUR MAGNETIC LETTERS 4️⃣

🛑📢🛑Please note: The magnets on some plastic letters are very weak. If you are purchasing your letters, please test the letters on your board several days before your event.

5️⃣ COMPLETING YOUR ORDER 5️⃣

Please include the following information in the Personalization field when submitting your order:

1) Event Date for Production Timing

2) Send a Proof - Yes or No? By selecting No, no proof will be send and your board will be sent to the printer without a review. If any grammatical or design errors are found, no refund and/or no reprint will be given.

4) Text for the board, top and/or bottom

5) Your Two Music Trivia Sets Selection: A) 60s, B) 70s, C) 80s or D) 90s

🛑📢🛑Please note: At checkout, if a "Staff Approved" upgrade is purchased without receiving approval from a staff member prior to placing our order, processing of your order using the selected timing will not be guarantee. If you have timing constraints, please message us before placing an order to check our capacity and availability.

6️⃣ ORDER PROCESSING 6️⃣

The standard processing time is 7 business days, please see your Etsy receipt for the exact delivery date. If you requested a proof, the first personalized design proof will be sent within 2-4 business days. Timing starts the next business day and our business days are Monday through Friday.

Turnaround time for each round of revisions is 1-2 business days. There are two rounds of revisions included with this product.

Please Note: The board is printed by our production partner and will arrive in a separate package from the magnet/magnetic receptive center overlay which is die-cut in-house by us.

🔑🔑 All customized and personalized products must be reviewed and approved for production by the buyer.

7️⃣ ORDER FULFILLMENT 7️⃣

Orders for a no-proof, stock and approved personalized designs will be shipped by the date listed on the Etsy receipt. However, if we have the capacity and ability to ship an order sooner, we will do so.

8️⃣ SHIPPING 8️⃣

Please Note: To keep shipping cost low, this product is shipped in two separate packages. The magnet circle center is a separate overlay will have to be manually adhered to the die-cut board by you and will arrive in a separate package from the board.

This product is shipped to United States locations including Alaska and Hawaii using UPS, FedEx and or USPS First Class mail and delivery time ranges from 3-5 business days. Upgraded shipping can be purchased using UPS and FedEx.

Weekend delivery is not offered. Please do not count weekends, holidays, or the day the order is shipped as a shipping days.

9️⃣ PACKAGING 9️⃣

Die cut products larger than 35" in will be scored, folded and shipped in a box meets USPS, FedEx and UPS size requirements.

All orders will be shipped by the date listed on your Etsy receipt, unless you have received confirmation from a staff member that your order will ship prior to the date listed on the receipt.

As we work with various printers and production partners, the production time for each product type varies. Additionally, for custom and personalized orders, we include 2-4 business days for design proof development.

Once a personalized design proof is approved, the order will be shipped on date listed on the Etsy receipt. However, if we have the capacity and ability to ship an order sooner, we will do so.

For glass etching, if you will be processing a small batch of products of 50 or less, one stencil is all you will need. However, if you will be working with 50 or more items and depending on your time frame, you may want to purchase one stencil for every 75-100 products, to decrease your overall production time.

For painting, if are working with acrylic enamel paint, we suggest you purchase 2 stencils for every 50 products.

With every order, we provide free instructions in PDF format for 1) using a silk screen stencil with glass etching cream (Armour Etch or Etch All Glass Etching Cream) and 2) using a silk screen stencil with paint.

With every personalized order, we provide 2-3 rounds of revisions. We work with each client until they are satisfied and approve a design for finalization or production.

Given the amount of time it can take to revise a design, be it changing the layout, searching for fonts or design elements, we no longer providing digital proofs for free.

However. we do offer the option to purchase a $5-$50 design proof which allows for the preview of a design before an order and for us to be compensated for our time.

This fee is non-refundable, but to-date all our clients have moved forward with a purchase.

Some designs are completed in minutes while others are completed in days. The time I put into each piece is reflected in its price.

A design that takes me less than 60 minutes to create will be much, much less than one that took me over 8 hours to complete.

Additionally, I don't nickel and time my customer and clients, and I always give each project something extra. Each design, even a template design, will be unique to each customer/client. I will usually add some little details or I may inject a whole new twist.

Ultimately, my primary objective is to produce a design that is worth of every cent of your money.

Etching with silk screen stencils can have a learning curve for some, which is why we suggest each client conduct beta tests to get practice using both the dry and/or wet application methods.

Practice, practice, practice using a couple of test products ^_^. We suggest testing alternate application methods as it allows each user to discovery what works best for their skill set with the products being used. While the PDF instructions and videos are very detailed, and provided as a bonus resource to our clients, they are in no way a one method fits all framework.

Depending on the product, materials used and the user's skill set, one coat of glass etching cream make be all that is necessary or perhaps two coats may be needed. Or perhaps the dry method works better than the wet method, or maybe a different paint works better.

We provide free PDF instructions for using glass etching cream and paint, which provides a good foundation for the process.

However, we strongly suggest practicing and discover what works best for all the variables of a project.

I will accept a cancellation within 24 hours after an order is place. Once the first design proof has been provided, an order can not be cancelled.

There are no refunds on instant downloads, digital files, personalized and custom products.

Mandatory and voluntary design proofs are provided for each customer / client to review a design for spelling and layout errors. It is each individual's responsibility to review their proof before approving a design proof for production. If any grammatical or design errors are found post-production, no refund, no reprint or partial refund will be given.

I was worried that the item would not arrive in time for my party, but the seller went above and beyond to ensure the item arrived in time. Please don't depend on Etsy ship date, but pay attention to mailing source dates, which are more accurate. I highly recommend the seller and definitely would use it again!!
