Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept the return of earrings.

When can I expect to receive my order?

I aim to get orders out as quickly as possible. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail (This is an un-tracked service). You can choose between Standard 2nd Class or 1st Class delivery. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days for Standard and 1-3 working days for 1st from the day your order is dispatched. However this could take longer during busy periods.

My item has developed a fault. What should I do?

Please send me a message with details of the fault along with a photo of the item which clearly shows the fault.

Do you accept returns if the item is not suitable?
