If I am unsure of my ring size, what can I do?

Best way is to measure your size is, find a ring that already fits the finger your want to wear it on. Measure the diameter across (just the inside bit) not the metal. Then can look it up on my size chart, which is on every ring listing - or message and I will send it to you .

If it doesn't fit what can I do?

Don't worry if a ring doesn't fit just return it to us and we can either refund you or send out the correct size free of charge within the UK. Just pop it back into the original packaging and post it back to us. You will need to pay for return postage.

Is Koko jewellery designed to be worn everyday?

Yes! All my jewellery is great quality and sterling silver, it is designed to last you!

How can I best look after my Koko jewellery?

All my jewellery is made from 92.5% silver and semi-precious stones so it is very hard wearing. However, there are a few things that you can do to help your jewellery last. Store your jewellery in the original pouch to avoid scratches. Polish your jewellery with a soft cloth to maintain the original finish. Silver can be polished with a silver polishing cloth. Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming and/or applying products (e.g.,perfume,hairspray,soap or lotion), as this could harm the metal as well as cause discolouration and loss of stone brilliance. Put on jewellery last when dressing and take off first when undressing. Avoid contact with hard surfaces that can scratch or damage.

What's your returns policy?

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item please contact us. Please note: Items must be in “as new” condition, unused and complete with tags intact and returned within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Unfortunately a refund will not be issued if the items have be damaged in anyway. For all returns, except when the item is faulty you will be required to arrange and pay to return the item to us. We suggest using a “signed for” insured delivery service, as no refund will be given until the items reach us. Any original postage charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately we are unable to extend the returns policy for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.

When will my item be posted?

I do my best to post out items the same working day. Uk orders are shipped via 1st class post and usually get there next day. International orders will be sent tracked and signed for, you will receive a tracking number when the item has been dispatched.

I need the item asap what can I do?

For Uk orders you can upgrade to special delivery for an extra charge.

The item is a gift can you send it directly to them?

Yes of course, just let me know the delivery address, I can even include a gift message.

What happens if my item goes missing?

After we post items unfortunately it is out of our hands. Royal Mail won’t consider them lost for sometime. As soon as the time has passed and the item is classed as missing, of course we will re send another item out. I am sorry we don’t give refunds for missing items. But of course will replace.
