How long will it take for my order to ship?

All of our products in our shop will ship within 1-2 business days, unless noted out of stock. If a bulk order was placed, shipping can typically take 1-4 business days and you will be notified if there is a change in processing time.

Where do I put my personalization / text request for personalized items?

You can put your personalization / text request for personalized items in the "add a note to DesignsByHarubin" box located on the checkout/my cart page if you do not see the personalization box on the item page. You can also message us your personalization / text request with your order number.

Can I order a custom watch band to fit my wrist and how do I tell you my wrist size?

Yes, you can order a custom watch band to fit your exact wrist size if it does not fit our standard size, which can be found in the description of the item. A custom size can be smaller or larger than our standard size. You can add your wrist size in the "add a note to DesignsByHarubin" box located on the checkout/my cart page or you can also message us your wrist size with your order number. We will then be able to create your watch band to your exact wrist size while still allowing room for future adjustments.

Do you offer bulk order/quantity discounts?

Yes, if you are looking to order a large quantity of items please contact us for bulk discounts and we can create a custom quote for your exact order!

How do I see the exact size or dimension of an item?

The sizing of each of our products can be found in the item descriptions by clicking the +More button and scrolling through the description. It will state the sizes under either "Sizing" or "Dimensions" depending on which item you are viewing. If you have any questions about the sizing of our products please message us and we will respond as soon as possible.

Why does the leather look slightly different over time?

These high-quality leathers that we offer can slightly change color (darken or lighten in different areas) over time as they are used and broken in, which will leave each leather with character and a beautiful patina.

-Our Brown and Black keychains are made from the very high quality full grain Horween Leather. Horween Leather Company has been based out of Chicago, Illinois since 1905, making it one of the oldest leather tanneries in the US. Our Buck Brown, Burgundy, and Navy Blue keychains are made from the very high quality full grain Wickett & Craig Leather. Wickett & Craig is another world premiere tannery that has been around since 1867, operating out of Pennsylvania. Each of these belt clip keychains comes with Black Hardware, which is a great accent to any leather color you choose.
