To protect my customers, my family and myself and to minimise the risk of a Covid-19 infection I am limiting my trips to the post office to ONCE A WEEK.

My posting day is WEDNESDAY.

*No exceptions, so please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific date.
*Made to order items ordered too close to Wednesday will be shipped the following week.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.

International Delivery
International deliveries are posted using the Royal Mail Tracked services.

As of 6/02/2019 I only offer Tracked (or Tracked & Signed depending on the country) shipping for the European Union and Rest of the World as many parcels go missing or tend to take a long time to arrive when using standard economy delivery services.

My pieces are very important to me to send them out into the world without knowing if they'll make it to destination and I care about my customers getting what they ordered and in a timely manner. This way, they'll not only get to you safe and sound, but in a fraction of the time.

You will be able to track your parcel by entering the tracking number provided with the shipping confirmation on the Royal Mail Website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ and know exactly where it is every step of the way.

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination, but it shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks.

Please track your parcel's journey to see the estimated delivery date as it gets closer to destination and ensure someone's in to receive it and avoid it being sent back.

The buyer is responsible for customs taxes.
I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.​

Please note that more restrictions have been implemented due to COVID-19 and therefore more delays are being experienced in the US and Australia due to customs checking more incoming parcels.

CUSTOM ORDERS INFORMATION

I only take a selection of commissions for miniature cakes and cake themed jewellery and/or alterations to my existing designs, e.g,: in a different colour or size.
I may not always be able to accept commissions due to being elsewhere engaged, but please drop me a line to see how I can help you.
I don't take custom orders for my clay houses.

GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING

In order to save resources and to keep my business as green as possible, my pieces are carefully gift-wrapped using eco-friendly, natural, recyclable gift boxes.

I occasionally recycle paper, larger cardboard posting boxes and envelopes, I don't print out receipts; all to save paper, hence trees.

If ordering multiple items as gifts for different people, please specify at checkout so I can wrap them individually or as instructed by you. 

*Please note that due to their size and particular shapes, I cannot provide the gift wrapping service for my fairy house jars/lanterns.​

CARING FOR YOUR POLYMER CLAY JEWELLERY & MINIATURES

*To prolong the life of your polymer clay jewellery, remove before swimming, bathing and showering.
*Remove before exercise.
*This is a given, but don't peel it, scratch it or bite it, no matter how yummy it looks!
*Jewellery with silver plated findings (or silver in colour) is better kept in an air tight container or jewellery box to minimize tarnishing, and the shine can be brought back to life using anti-tarnish wipes.
*Use a soft dry brush to clean miniatures and sculptures.

CARING FOR YOUR MINI ILLUSTRATED AIR-DRY CLAY HOUSES

My mini illustrated houses are sculpted from air-dry clay, which is a strong material, but not unbreakable. So always handle with care while cleaning or admiring them.
Use a dry, clean, soft brush, like a fluffy make up brush, to clean them or a dry clean cloth.​
Because they are made of air-dry clay, my little houses are suitable as an indoor decoration only. For this reason, they are best kept away from damp rooms or areas of the home (like a window that suffers from condensation - especially during the winter months) as they can absorb moisture and slightly warp.
