In order to provide a low flat rate for shipping, I MOSTLY use "Last Mile Shipping" with OSM or UPS in partnership with USPS.

OSM or UPS does most of the transport. They bring packages to USPS in your area to complete the "last mile" and delivery.

*TRANSIT TIME alone normally is 5 business days to most places but can be up to 10 days to rural areas and distant states like AK & HI.

It is best to allow 2 Weeks for Delivery when placing your order - and 3 weeks is even better near busy times like Mother's/Father's Days and Christmas.

Packages that are shipped out but do not get delivered because the delivery service marked it as UNDELIVERABLE and/or INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS will NOT be refunded.

It's important to ensure you provide the correct delivery address and to a location where the delivery can be made without a problem. Otherwise, the product gets disposed of by the post office.

So please double & triple check that where you want to send your package to for delivery will accept it and that the address is 100% complete and correct.

Orders will only be shipped to the address provided to Etsy at checkout. Otherwise, it causes confusion when it ships.

If an address change is needed after an order is placed, the order will need to be canceled and reordered.

As long as this is done ASAP, it is totally doable! We are happy to help you and will process your cancellation quickly so you can reorder.

Each ceramic mug is printed one-by-one, by hand, using dye sublimation. There are a number of steps involved with this process:
1. print the graphics onto special paper using ink-jet
2. cut the paper around the graphic to fit the mug
3. pre-heat the mug base
4. position & tape the graphic paper onto the mug
5. place it in the heat press for 3 minutes to transfer the ink
6. remove from heat press & remove transfer paper & tape
7. leave the mug to cool off from 400 degree to room temp
8. pack for shipment

This process takes a bit of time but it creates a long lasting graphic that won't peel, or fade. The dye from the ink is absorbed right into the ceramic to make a long lasting, vivid image & text. So it's totally worth the time it takes.
