HOW TO ODER

• Measure your neckline for where you want your necklace to sit. You can use the chart for reference. Reference chart is for Size S top. For XS top minus 1 inch, M top add 1 inch, L top add 2 inches, XL top add 3 inches.
• Select your choice of metal and necklace length in the drop box.
• Add to cart and proceed to check-out.

PACKAGING

• All items are packaged ready to gift and sent out without receipt.
• All items come with a gemstone card for the healing property.
• If you want to leave a personalized note to your recipient please check the gift box and leave the note in the Gift message box.
• If you want items to be packaged in separate gift boxes, please leave details in the message box or they will be packaged in 1 box.

SHIPPING

• Orders are normally shipped in 1-2 days.
• Please check our shop announcements for any delays or current processing times. If there is none posted that means we are shipping daily.
• Please double-check the address you want your item shipped to as we are not responsible if the item is sent to the wrong address.
• We are NO LONGER shipping to Germany. I apologize in advance for this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Please check with your country's shipping policy to see if there is an incubation period for packages. There are certain rules placed for incoming packages that require extra shipping time.
• Normal shipping time without COVID restrictions and regulations is about 1-2 weeks, with COVID restrictions and regulations it can take up to 8 weeks.
• You pay for exact shipping. All overages will be refunded.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Shipping fees are never refunded.
• Refunds are only processed when the item is returned. There is a 15% restocking fee applied because all items are handmade when an order is placed. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
• All items must be in the same condition as it was sent out or we have the right not to refund.
• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping.

CARE

• No care needed. If there is special care needed for the stone it will be listed here.
• Suitable for daily wear, in shower and beach.
• If you want your jewelry to look new at all times please take jewelry off before showering, using perfumes or lotions as it will get stuck on the chain and you will need to clean it more often.
• Will not fade but will get dirty. You can simply clean it using a toothbrush, warm water, and soap. DO NOT put the stone in any chemical cleaning products as it can be too harsh for your stone.
• When not worn, leave jewelry in an airtight ziplock bag and place in a cool area.

REPAIRS / ADJUSTMENTS

• First-time adjustments are free of charge. You will need to pay for shipping.
• If there is a default in the materials, please let us know in advance and send us an image of the defected area. Repairs will be free of charge but you will need to send the item back for us to repair.
• We know that accidents happen, if there is any type of repair needed in our jewelry just message us and let us know. We will be happy to assist you. There will be repair charges. The price will be dependent on the work that needs to be done. You are responsible for shipping fees.
• Sometimes the chain can turn very dirty and be almost impossible to clean. If you would like us to change the chain for you, simply message us and we will be happy to assist you. You will be charged only for the materials and shipping fees. You will have a new necklace in no time.
