We ship WORLDWIDE
For items up to 2 kg, we usually send them with RoyalMail tracked and signed or just tracked or signed for international orders and second class signed for for domestic shipment ( if the price of the item is above £50 ), if the item is under £50, we ship using international standard for international orders ( no tracking info ) or second class for domestic shipment ( proof of delivery ). The shipment is insured for lost or damaged.
For items up to 5kg or more, we use a courier ( UPS, ParcelForce, DPD it depends on the delivery country ) with tracking info and proof of delivery where applicable.
The insurance is not included ( there is only a base cover of £50 per parcel, £25 for UK shipments ), if you want include it, please contact us and we'll send you a new quote for the shipment included the insurance cost.
If you are buying an item under 2kg and you want for us to rush the shipment using a courier, please contact us before the purchase and we'll let you know the additional cost for it.

● EU: 3-7 business days
● USA / Canada / Australia / New Zealand / Japan / Singapore: 7-15 business days + customs times
● Other countries: may take up to 2-3 weeks + customs times
PLEASE, BE AWARE that any import taxes, customs duties etc are payable from the buyer when the parcel will reach the delivery country.
Since 1st January 2021, Uk left EU so customers who buy something from us ( from UK ) is liable to pay customs import charges, VAT etc. It's your responsibility to pay for them. Items sent back for not paying customs fees, will not be refunded or shipped again unless you pay for a second shipment.

DELAYS / NON-DELIVERY/DAMAGE ITEMS
We always make sure to send out your orders on time, but postal systems and customs are just out of our hands. Your patient is very much appreciated! Anyway, we are always on YOUR side, and we'll send to the post office/courier a complain in order to have a refund for any problems.
ATTENTION: to send a complain, we usually needed these informations below:
- Detailed information about the item(s).
- Detailed information about the damage to the item(s).
- Photographs of the packaging - inner & outer.
- Photographs of the damage to the item(s).
- An invoice you can upload or send in the post as proof of this item(s) value.
PLEASE IT'S VERY IMPORTANT: you have to keep SAFE ALL the original packaging, any pieces damaged etc, you don't have to THROWN AWAY ANYTHING until further notice.
Otherwise, it will be impossible to make a complain with the post office/courier and unfortunately we can't offer any refund to you ( partially or full ), any cost that cannot be cover by insurance policy because you didn't retain the packaging, the damage item etc, will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
ATTENTION: the parcels are not insured by default, if you want an insurance for your parcel, ask before the purchase. If you buy an insured shipment, you have an high possibility to get a refund for lost or damage item, otherwise we can't assure the refund.
ATTENTION: if the parcel can't be delivered by the courier for WRONG ADDRESS, it's up to you pay a second shipment in order to have the item again, and any further costs due to the return delivery. If you refuse to do that, we can't send the item again until the payment from you is not done. Otherwise, if you refuse to do the payment and you don't want the item anymore, we can give you just a partial refund ( the cost of the item ) less the shipment cost that we already made. So please when you make an order with us CHECK ALWAYS THE ADDRESS. We are not responsible for your mistakes.
ATTENTION: we can't send parcels to a PO BOX address ( couriers doesn't allow that ), so please don't use this kind of address on your order... if you are not able to provide an alternative address, we will be forced to cancel the order.
