However, the prices of the items in the package will still be written on the outside of the package on the international declaration (Required by law)

Taxes / VAT / GST / Returns / Exchanges

We're happy to ship anywhere in the world, though we are not responsible for VAT / Sales tax or other import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office. Starting July 2021, you will pay the VAT amount through Etsy, and we will declare on the package as VAT paid through IOSS information according to the regulations and requirements. If there are any issues such as being taxed twice for VAT, kindly contact Etsy's support team. Free shipping will still have its shipping costs declared. In case of returns, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount that you have paid.

For silicon soft molds, please do not put it under high heat above 180 degrees Celsius. (Oven and UV curing lamps are OK) Overall silicon molds in our shop are of high quality and do not break easily. Keep it in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. Place your silicone molds flat to avoid distortion to the shape of the mold. Please do not use silicon products with the silicon molds. Use mold release agent to make your molds last longer.

Authenticity of Molds

All molds in our shop are authentic and made in Japan. Floree and Clay Jewelry Line molds are authentic and made in Japan. There are copies in the market, with the molds unable to join properly along the sides which makes it difficult to create the final product. Fake molds also have a lot of uneven croppings at the edges, distorted shapes and other defects which affects the final product of resin crafts. Rest assured the ones in our shop are of Japan quality. Some molds may have small imperfections such as bubble or slight marks on the outside due to the creation process. This does not affect functionality and durability of the mold.

Unique Oil-Bleed Features of Silicone Molds

Oil-bleed silicone molds are a unique feature found only in authentic Clay Jewelry Line and Floree molds made in Japan. The silicone releases oil on its own acting as a mold release agent to protect the mold and prevent resin from sticking to the mold, maintaining the mold's lifespan through self-lubrication. It is perfectly normal for the mold to have a thin coat of oil when you receive it. After about 30 uses, please use a mold release agent to maintain the oil-bleed function for longer and protect the silicone from wear and tear.

When will my items be shipped?

We will ship out within the processing time as stated during your order, unless during long holidays such as Golden Week and New Years. Any delays will be notified in advance. Sometimes, delays will be due to more time needed to prepare the molds (handmade ones, etc). We will always let you know if your order requires additional time to prepare. We seek your understanding to let us know if you need it urgently.

Package returned to sender. What can I do?

Our responsibilities include to ensure your items are mailed out timely and to the right address. For collection, buyers are responsible for monitoring their parcels and contacting their local post office if they have missed the first delivery. We hope to have your corporation! - Please enter your tracking number into your postal company website to track. -If package is returned to us, pls choose: 1. Refund (item cost only) We are unable to refund the shipping fee for such scenarios. 2. Re-deliver item Re-delivery postage fee applies and please make payment before we proceed. *We will inform you by Etsy message if your parcel is returned to us. We require your response to proceed.

Tips for maintaining life of silicone molds:

- Demold as soon as the resin is cured to help the mold last longer
- Always apply a mold release agent and let it sit on the mold for 20 to 30 minutes before putting resin into the mold
- After demolding, gently wipe the silicone mold surface that was in contact with resin previously using alcohol tissue so that there is no residual resin or paint
- Store it at room temperature away from sunlight (sunlight can break down silicone overtime)
- Avoid using a torch or fire over the resin (some people do this to remove surface bubbles) as the high temperature of a direct flame may break down the silicone
- UV-resin is preferred to epoxy as the curing time is shorter
- We highly recommend using an industrial mold release agent
- Avoid leaving resin inside the mold for too long as it will naturally degrade the silicone, especially if paint is added into the mix
