RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will usually offer a refund (for the item only - not shipping costs, brokerage fees or any tariffs or duties incurred), for most items, unless specified below under EXCEPTIONS, upon receipt of the returned item in the condition in which it was dispatched to you. Buyer pays return shipping fees, and shipping must include tracking. EXCEPTIONS: Due to their fragile nature, some vintage clothing items cannot be returned. This will be indicated on the listing. For hygienic reasons, undergarments, including pantyhose, slips, hosiery cannot be returned. "As is" items and those identified as damaged (e.g. 'cutter' linens) are non-returnable

SHIPPING - General Information

Canadian & Non-U.S. international orders usually ship from Ontario, Canada, by Canada Post, Monday through Friday, within 2 days of receipt of cleared payment. Orders placed on Fridays, and through the weekend ship on Mondays. There is no post on holidays, so packages will be mailed on the next shipping day. Please make sure that your mailing address is entered correctly and up to date here on Etsy. I'm afraid that I cannot be responsible for any packages that do not reach you due to an incorrect address given by buyer. If you wish, I will be re-ship the item at your expense once I have the package back in my possession.

SHIPPING - within Canada

Items usually ship from Sarnia Ontario, via Canada Post. Some low cost and lightweight items less than 2cm thick will be shipped Oversized Letter Post, which is the most inexpensive, and a very reliable method, but does not include tracking. Packages that exceed the Letter Post's maximum thickness of 2cm, and items priced $15 or higher will be mailed via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service, which is more expensive, but does include tracking and insurance. Items in our Michigan location will ship to U.S. customers via U.S.P.S. Monday through Friday, 1-7 days from receipt of cleared payment.

CUSTOMS, VAT, TAXES, IMPORT FEES ETC.

US and International customers, please note that customs duties, VAT, tariffs, other taxes or other import charges (if any) are NOT included in the cost of the item or shipping. These payments are the responsibility of the buyer. Some countries have a very low threshold for customs and/or VAT charges, and often, a service charge from the post office is added as well. Please be aware of your country's requirements so that you don't get any nasty 'surprises'! When filling out the customs form, I will mark the merchandise value as the amount paid, and cannot mark the item(s) as "gifts". To do so would be illegal. Thanks for understanding.

If you are interested in an item(s) but do not want to purchase immediately, just let me know and I will reserve it for you for 24 hours, no deposit required. Unfortunately, due to too many 'no shows' where people have asked to reserve an item until the end of the week, month, etc;, then cancelled or disappeared, I will be charging a non-refundable 25% deposit for any items that requite longer than a 2 day reservation. Please contact me if this is the case, and we can work together to come up with the most acceptable solution.

Due to their vintage nature, it is understood that many of these items have been previously worn, used and loved, so there will be very few products that are in pristine condition, but all of them are usable/wearable and in good working order unless otherwise stated. I will point out any imperfections or issues that I am aware of, but because I am not the original owner of most of these items, I cannot guarantee that they are from smoke/pet free homes, or that repairs/replacements have not been made. I do my best to photograph and describe them in as much detail as possible, but please contact me if you have any questions. I will gladly work with you to ensure that you know as much as I do about the item you are considering purchasing.

Because many items are dry clean only, and to maintain their vintage integrity and avoid damaging them, most fabric goods have not been laundered, but have been given a quick press. Some scarves or clothing items may have a lingering scent from the previous owner's perfume. Any items smelling of cigarette smoke or with other obnoxious odours are discarded. It is recommended that you have your item laundered prior to use. There may be some stray threads showing, or creases, and the edges will not always be perfectly straight, for example, but any obvious imperfections including significant marks, flaws and/or stains will be disclosed in the description and photographs. Please examine the photos carefully and read the full description.

Vintage 1980s woven cinch belt in blue and white wavy stripes of Olefin fabric. It fastens at the back with Velcr0™ hook and loop strips, and is size M/L (Medium to Large), so should fit about 30" waist - or a little larger or smaller depending on how you line up the strips.
